New Tram(Nankou port town line)

New tram is a nickname of Osaka Nanko port town line. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nank%C5%8D_Port_Town_Line Port town line is for new town in Osaka bay area named Nanko-port town. Nanko-port town and new port are business district around Osaka-bay was planned when Japan was in babble economics (A.D.1986-1991). Therefore, that project plan was too huge and it remained huge debit to Osaka-city. Local administrations and Japan government are holding huge debit, but almost of Japanese people cannot feel this problem and bad economic condition, we are living normally. Probably it reason is there are no bill collectors in Japan. Because Japanese government and
